1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eudaia Life Coaching's ("Eudaia", "we", "us", "our") services, programs, and website. By booking a service, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms in full.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Nature of Services

Eudaia provides life coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or any form of clinical mental health treatment.

Coaching is future-focused and outcome-driven

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition

If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we recommend discussing your participation in any Eudaia program with your treating clinician

Eudaia reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it believes coaching is not appropriate for a client's current circumstances, and will provide referrals to appropriate support where possible.

3. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from your program, you agree to:

Engage honestly and openly in sessions

Complete online modules and exercises between sessions

Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time

Give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule

Disclose any current or previous engagement in therapy or psychological treatment

Disclose any diagnosed mental health condition, or any suspicion that they may be impacted by mental illness or trauma, prior to commencing any program

4. Bookings & Scheduling

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary and non-binding. They are an opportunity to explore whether working together is the right fit.

Session Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled via the Eudaia booking system. You will receive a confirmation upon booking.

Rescheduling

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a session. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and find a suitable alternative time for you.

If your circumstances change and you need to adjust your coaching schedule more broadly, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss the best way to move forward.

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or explanation may, at Eudaia's discretion, result in a charge of $150 (the standard ad-hoc session rate), in addition to any amounts already paid or outstanding.

Repeated unexplained no-shows may result in cancellation of your remaining program — either by Eudaia or at your request. In this circumstance, a refund will be calculated as follows:

Sessions remaining (not yet delivered) × per-session value (as per Section 6)

Plus modules not yet accessed × per-module value (where applicable)

Minus $150 per missed session that was not cancelled with adequate notice

This deduction reflects the time reserved and prepared for your session that could not be reallocated.

5. Payment

Program Fees

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any Eudaia Transform program or coaching package. This is outlined at the time of enrollment.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available on request. Please raise this during your discovery call. All agreed payment plan terms must be met. Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in suspension of access to program content and sessions until payments are brought up to date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Eudaia does not store your payment card details. By proceeding with payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

6. Refunds & Program Changes

Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to withdraw from a program, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Refund Formula

Refunds for partially completed programs are calculated as follows:

For Eudaia Transform Programs (combining online modules and live coaching sessions):

Each program is assigned a per-unit value based on its total cost, divided across its components as follows:

Live coaching sessions: 70% of the total program fee, divided equally across the total number of sessions

Online modules: 30% of the total program fee, divided equally across the total number of modules

The refundable amount is calculated based on the number of coaching sessions not yet delivered and the number of modules not yet accessed at the time the refund request is received.

Example: If a 10-module, 10-session program costs $1,500:

Each coaching session = $105 (70% ÷ 10)

Each module = $45 (30% ÷ 10)

If 3 sessions completed and 3 modules accessed: 7 sessions + 7 modules remaining = refund of $1,050

For short courses (online only, no live coaching component):

Short courses are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe you have a genuinely exceptional circumstance, you may submit a refund request by email to [email protected]. All requests will be considered at Eudaia's discretion.

Non-Refundable Items:

Discovery calls (complimentary, no charge applies)

Sessions missed without 48 hours notice (as outlined in Section 4)

Administration fees where applicable

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your name, program enrolled in, and reason for withdrawal. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval via the original payment method.

Program Modifications

If you feel a program is not meeting your needs, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will always attempt to find a workable solution first — whether that's adjusting the pace, focus, or format of your program.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

Exceptions to confidentiality exist where Eudaia has a professional or legal obligation to act, including but not limited to:

Reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of another person

Legal requirements to disclose information

Where possible, we will discuss any intention to disclose with you first.

Session notes are kept privately and securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and delivered by Eudaia — including but not limited to course materials, workbooks, exercises, frameworks, and written content — remains the intellectual property of Eudaia Life Coaching.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any Eudaia content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Eudaia's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

Eudaia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from participation in coaching services or programs.

Coaching outcomes depend significantly on client engagement and effort. Eudaia does not guarantee specific results.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to These Terms

Eudaia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at eudaia.com.au. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
